My great grandfather, John Franklin Meek(s), believed to be born in Ohio and moved to Indiana, added the "s" to our family name sometime in the early 1920's. My Dad's, James Robert Meek(s), birth certificate doesn't have the "s" on it, but he never knew it with out the "s". The primary lines that I'm working the most are the Meek(s), Beckner, Hodson and Lambert. I'm more than willing to share any information with anybody and would like any help from anybody.
